Tomorrow is history in the making!! I'm so excited!! Unfortunately though, I have to work and can find no way of getting out of it without my pay getting docked!
Today, we remember the man who made it possible for the man our country will inaugurate tomorrow! Both of them are what every hero should be.

I am so excited for today! What a beautiful, historic day! I teach English, but am devoting the day to the event.
I love this tribute you made to two amazing human beings on this incredibly historic and emotional day in our country. I'm sorry you couldn't be at home today. Are you DVR-ing the events? You are right, both are heroes! And they both have made a difference in our nation and around the world. They are a symbol of hope, change and strength. Let freedom ring! Yes we can!

Lisa- I teach English also. Like you, I devoted the day to the event. It became a writing assignment as we watched the inaugural happenings. Luckily, the actual swearing in and speech of Obama fell during my planning! :)
Amy- I sooo forgot to set my DVR for this, but I'm home now and getting the parade!
